Ocean Group Joint Stock Company lists and trades on HOSE stock exchange.
On 19 April 2010, Geneal Director of Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No. 76/QĐ-SGDHCM which approved Ocean Group lists 250 million shares on HOSE with the security code is OGC.
The first trading date on HOSE will be hold on 4 May 2010 with the reference price is at VND 30,000 and fluctuation within +/- 20%.
Ocean Group celebrates road show for introducing OGC share at Hanoi Hilton Opera Hotel on 19 April 2010 and at New World Hotel in Hochiminh City on 22 April 2010.
Since 5 June 2007, Ocean Group is a multi-sector company which involves in finance and banking (Ocean Bank), securities (Ocean Securities), real estate (Ocean Real Estate), mass communications (Ocean Media) and hotel service (Ocean Hospitality).
2009 is a remarkable year of Ocean Group. The Company finished restructuring capital and subsidiaries and charter capital was accounted at VND 2,500 billion. Ocean Group has invested in real estate projects with large amount of capital, nice location, easy access which targeted to market of luxury apartment of upper-middle class in Hanoi. These projects can be named as VNT Tower Nguyen Trai, Starcity Le Van Luong, Starcity Center, Minh Duc Industrial Park.
