Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) announced to receive the initial listing registration document of Group Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (Ocean Group).
Accordingly, Ocean Group listing registered 250 million shares on HOSE. The company has charter capital at VND 2,500 billion and head office at 4 Lang Ha Street, Thanh Cong Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
The principal activities of the Company are as follows: Investment consulting (excluding legal and finance consulting); Construction of infrastructure for industrial parks, residence and office building, works of infrastructure, industrial and civil; Import and export company’s products and so on.
Ocean Group has five subsidiaries / affiliated companies, including Ocean Bank and Ocean Securities
