Ocean Securities Joint-stock Company was incorporated in 2006 with an initial charter capital of 50 billion of VND. In 2009, this amount was 300 billion of VND, and increased to 500 billion of VND in 2010. The number of employees of OCS is currently 70 who have university and post-university education. In 3 years of operation, financial status and business result of OCS were very positive and profitable. In 2010, net revenue was 297,9 billion of VND while profit after tax was 12,9 billion of VND.
Future orientation of the company is continuing investing in modern technology, improving the quality of human resource, providing securities services which satisfy domestic and regional standards. Ocean Securities JSC did and is implanting financial and stock operations to serve its customers
